OUR SUSTAINABILITY VISION

We strive to deliver high‑performance digital infrastructure with minimal environmental footprint, driving long‑term positive impact through renewable energy adoption, innovation, and responsible operations.

Renewable Energy

30 %

Renewable energy sources supply a significant portion of operational power requirements.

Rainwater Saving

30 %

Water requirements are met through rainwater harvesting.

Wastewater Reuse

100 %

wastewater is treated on-site and fully reused through a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, ensuring no effluent is released and supporting sustainable operations

Green Cover

30 %

of the site area is maintained under greenery to support ecological balance.

Solar Power

200 KWp

solar plant rooftop is installed to reduce dependence on conventional power sources.

Rainwater storage

400 KL

Rainwater storage system is maintained, providing up to 40 days of operational water support.

Fire Suppression System

541 IG

Fire suppression system is deployed, offering Zero ODP/GWP for an environmentally safe and highly effective fire protection solution.

ESG Profile

Sustainability is embedded in L&T’s vision, culture, strategy and business processes. View our performance across Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) parameters.

PLANET

Climate change is a reality we all must face. To mitigate its impact, L&T has been taking steps consistently towards decarbonizations, resource efficiency, and biodiversity protection.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

- All chillers’ primary pumps are equipped with VFDs

- Equipment such as Fan Wall Units, PAHUs, Ventilation Fans, and Chiller Condenser Fans are equipped with EC fans, enabling variable speed operation and improved efficiency

Water Stewardship

- Low-flow water fixtures and water-efficient landscaping to reduce consumption

- Air-cooled chillers deployed to conserve water by eliminating the need for cooling tower makeup water

Climate Action

- Air-cooled chillers using R134a refrigerant (environmentally safer alternative)

- Inert gas-based fire suppression system (IG541) which is significantly more environmentally sustainable due to zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), No Global Warming Potential (GWP), No Toxic By‑Products or Chemical Breakdown.
